Me and my girlfriend booked for 2 weeks in advance to this hostel. After arriving they made as waiting for 25 minutes it's OK, no problem. After paying and going to the room, we realice something wrong was happening, the place was horrible and completely dirty and unsanitary. The room was even worse: smelly food in bad shape all over the table, dirty smelly clothes in the floor. The worse place I've ever seen and I've traveled around the world.
I asked one guy of the stuff to please change us the room because not every of them were in such a bad quality.
All the staff was Spanish people who laughted at me when I was complaining, I called the police and they started to beheave violently with me. Finally with the pressure of the police they refund me part of the money and ask me to leave the place.
Easter in London we paid a lot because didn't book in advance for other place we moved after.
Extremely rude people, extremely bad place. Never go here if you don't want surprises.
